  • Salary: R216,417 per annum (Level 05)
  • Location: Mbombela

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent
  • Code 8-EC driver’s license
  • Minimum of 5 years driving experience

Duties:

  • Transport work teams and materials
  • Deliver and collect documents from various departments
  • Perform minor vehicle maintenance
  • Complete vehicle logbooks and trip authorizations

2. Administration Clerk: Transversal Human Resource Services

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Certificate in Office Administration (preferred)
  • Experience in office administration is an advantage

Requirements:

  • Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
  • Experience in registry management and knowledge of the National Archives Act
  • Competency in electronic records management and document classification systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Duties:

  • Process incoming and outgoing documents
  • Ensure the safekeeping and security of records
  • Manage archival processes and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:
